Garage damage repaired and nearing completion. A smart repair was applied to tank and seat cowl today - the repair to the area is visible but only under real scrutiny.. Gear shifter, bar ends, mirror and decals to be refitted over the next couple of weeks and it'll be like it never happened
when i phoned Ducati to order some bits i asked if they could recommend someone, they couldn't, but they gave me a couple of names based on comments made by customers. All completed in less than 48hrs of making contact.
1200 dvt in for annual service, fluid change and a set of tyres fitted. Picked up the loan bike; So enjoyed the ride on the Monster 821 with Scorpion exhaust and quick shifter and auto blipper. Lovely little bike. After paying the BILL I rode home only to scrutinise all the work done, check the tyres were fitted in correct running direction, lead weight secure, fluid replaced and caps re fitted correctly......etc..etc. Does any body else check the work that’s been done by a dealer?
Can someone please tell me why you would hide your Ducati under a cover indoors? The things are a work of art why hide them? Look at it enjoy it
honestly.. 1) it keeps the Dust off 2) As it creates a physical barrier (albeit it soft) around the bike it helps encourage the kids to keep their distance rather than scrape up past it. i can take it off if i want to look at the bike. Its not exactly like peeling off a thong, but you can't look at porn all day can you?
Coz they get cold at night and need to be in their jammies. And as @MDUBZ alludes to, removing a cover is almost like foreplay. striping off the cover to reveal her beauty. (At least I think that is what he was trying to say ) Ahem, anyway @Exige ?
