On the ferry back to UK after a cracking long weekend visiting the WW2 sites. Back to work in the morning
The wife asked me this morning, if she could spend £7000 having a gastric band fitted, in order to lose weight. I gave her a tenner and told her to go to B & Q and buy a padlock for the fridge.
Rode up to Cirencester and back. Bloody MV got the same exhaust valve fault we had 'fixed' a couple of weeks ago. Still under warranty, but another two trips to Gillingham and MotoCorsa. Lovely ride today, but not pleased with the recurrent fault...
The capsule is tiny. I have no idea how three people were in that when they came down to earth. And Tim Peake must be a real hobbit because that spacesuit would be bloody small on me.
I met Fight the streets Bradders Andy hugget Bumpkin Mvman I forget the man sat opposite me name and A nice lady and gentleman whose names slip my memory too There that was quite good for me
Well, I rode my bike on Saturday, then I rode my bike on Sunday and then I rode my bike today......I like my bike
Well today was supposed to be a morning of getting jobs done that I needed to before heading back to work and a ride out on the Tricolore this afternoon... That all changed yesterday though when Mrs M managed to wangle the day off and my parents managed to convince me it would be a grand idea to have them over for dinner. So we took the kids to Go Ape at Normanby Hall this morning, did a few jobs early afternoon and then cooked up an almighty feast on the BBQ whilst sinking a few Magners... Last chance missed for getting the bike out but hopefully this gorgeous weather will still be around when I get back home again in a couple of weeks
All packed and loaded ready for drop off later this evening. The next time we see our babies will be in a garage at Almeria on Monday ready for 3 days of open pit lane fun. Sadly @Kingfixer won't be joining us but hopefully he is well on the way to a full recovery after his surgery last week. You will be missed mate and we will raise at least 1 glass to your health. Andy
