  1. Took the Beemer in for its 6k service today.......they gave me a S1000XR as a loan bike for the day.......fast as fuck but very hard to live with.......it was like constantly having a swarm of hornets in my helmet having a fight with some chainsaws.......and then there was the vibration......and being in 6th at 30mph and thinking there should be another 4 gears available........and the crap cable clutch.......and the unfeasibly wide handlebars.......and the rubbish riding position (low seat fitted).......and......and....and....

    Suffice to say, I was glad to get back on the RS.......

  4. Fitted two new mirror glasses on my 996 one was smashed and the other mirror the silver it had gone a bit in the middle
    Not bad price £5.16 each h inc post off fleabay

  7. They hurt. A lot.

    Last day in the office on this assignment, big basket of beer, chocolate and a lottery scratch card from a great team of people. Now time for a short bit of R&R (hopefully) before the next big thing. And been nursing hangover all day after a project celebration and leaving drink & curry turned into a late one...!
