Up at 7am to take my old knackered boiler off the wall with my mate (boiler engineer) refit and commission new boiler. Finished at 3.daughter had 20 mates round for a party at 1. Just waiting for the last 2 to go now so I can hit the sack as I'm in at 6am tomorrow morning. Fucking shattered.
well whatever it is what you are doing today, i sincerely hope it doesn't involve the words motorbike and mid Wales, the heavens have opened the taps at maximum capacity and forgot to shut it before they went on holiday, the amount of horrible cold water falling out of the skies is absolutely epic, i think the thousands of people camping in a field along the river here in hay for the Hay festival, have to either go home or build a platform on stilts soon lol, but then it is their own fault isn't it @Wayne58 , why would you want to stay in a little cloth construction, in a sleeping bag, or even worse without sleeping bag with your feet in wellies sticking out of it, if you could just book yourselves into a nice warm B&B or a hotel lol
I’ve been nursing a headache all bloody day. I wish it was drink fuelled but it’s not. The good thing is I have been able to catch up on some sleep.
