  7. Been on a road trip to MCT to get the suspension sorted on the RSV4. A14 was closed on the way back due to an accident so had the journey from hell. :mad:

  11. Psychologist today, he is pleased with my progress along side well being wants to see me in 6-8 weeks

    My neighbour is using his saw to cut wood so I’m having to sit inside not happy but working through the feeling grrrrrr

  12. I hosted a business group meeting today which went wonderfully well. And then I had a conference call with Virgin in the USA, which also went well.

    I was going to go climbing tonight but my neck/shoulder is still sore from my op t’other day.

  14. I spent the morning at Image Works whilst they designed, printed and fitted new decals for my bikes tank and the nose/ seat cowls. Top guys, great service and incredible quality. Its been said many times but if you want some stuff done I can totally reccomend them. All at the paint shop now being clear coated.

  15. Today.....

    5 of us booked the day off from work and spent all day riding, a great day on my monster to the east coast (whitby etc).

    234 miles later and I'm home on the settee :upyeah::grinning:

    Beats working :joy:

  17. I don’t like using reclaimed timbers. You never know if the original owners will come back for it.

  18. Spot on, 10 in or 260mm wide, it's not tongue and grooved just butted up, it's reclaimed and every board is fitted individually as they vary in width by 5mm and some taper. It's not going to be sanded as it's an old listed vicarage and it matches the other rooms.
