Yesterday had 12 family members over for dinner. Served crab legs, grilled chicken, potato salad, veggies, fruit and ice cream cake. Husband also grilled 2 cabbage heads stuffed with tomatoes, bacon and some other ingredients. They were awesome! Celebrated my son getting his PhD and starting a new job in California this week. He and I were supposed to go for a ride on the bikes but again, another 90 degree humid day killed that idea. We were better off staying inside in the air conditioning.
Today I feel somewhat jaded following the excesses of the Tom Jones open air concert last night. At 78 years old, the man is a true legend. He is still ‘the voice’ and entertained and engaged about 6000 concert goers for nearly 2 hours without a break. I bought the tickets as a present for Carole but really pleased she chose to take me instead of her mum coz I had a great time (and too much beer and I shouldn’t have gone on to the Jack Daniels ) Andy
It can be fixed short term for her but soon as you put heat on this it will blow more holes,,what a mare
Where did you see him? We’ve seen him twice these past two years. The first time was at Castle Howard and last year was at Sherwood Forest. He knows how to work the band doesn’t he..........what an entertainer!

Our buyers, buyers, buyer is friggin’ about which could jeopardise the whole chain. We’ve obviously had to advise the people we are buying from too. Not ideal. It’s about time legislation on house buying in England and Wales was the same as that in Scotland to end all this petty fucking about.
