Diavel forks removed and delivered to Moto Rapido for a complete rebuild. Rider weight matched Wilbur progressive springs, bushes, seals and 5 weight oil. Fingers crossed this is enough to soften the ride without ending up forking out (no pun intended) for an Adreani cartridge kit. Andy

I’m shattered took my first work steps this morning anxiety did take hold but I got through the 2hrs Everyone has been great and so far lots of support I then went to my local hospice where I will be having physio it was info and induction day Not sure my body or mind knows where it’s at right now

First thing this morning I had a dentists and dental hygenists appointment. I've been putting off some work (an implant and associated stuff) for about a year but apparently it will need doing sooner rather than later (at the princely sum of £3.5k ). The house move will have to happen first though I think. This afternoon I recognised an old contact from Visordown back in the day on FB so I've been chatting to her about old times and meeting up for rides etc when I'm back from Italy. SWMBO has been doing a lot of research into the house we've made an offer on. It could be challenging.
