Got email from dealer my new supersport has arrived and will be ready for collection on the 1st September that's the good news then got a call from the hospital wanting to bring my shoulder operation forward from November to 6th September this will give me 2days between getting back from IOM to going into hospital what a bummer There's the question have the operation and have a new bike standing in the garage or stick with the original date Can't ride for 3/6 months after the surgery
Go for the opp, don't register the bike until March. At least that way your off the road during the winter and if as you say could be up too 6 months at least you've got a good head start for next spring.
