So what have you done today..?

  1. Well, i fully expect to get stopped in my tracks by a spattering of issues and problems but tonights goal is to get the motor back in, and swing arm connected...as long as i can roll it round the garage then ive got the weekend to bolt stuff back on, i've done as many checks that i can (tools, bits and pieces, oil etc etc) - if anything stops me then ill stop (not gonna rush it for the sake of it) its been off the road 4/5 months now so a week or two more ain't gonna hurt, plus ive got 3 other bikes to use anyway. Going to Loomies on the rsv..

  9. If it's white, go for the Dulux 'Trade' white, not the B&Q £20 shit. It costs but much better coverage and nothing compared to the saving in your time.

I rebuild/refurb houses. I know from experience. £40ish for a big tub but worth it.

  12. Typing on my new 12.9 iPad Pro that turned up today. Hoping it’s got a bradders intuitive keyboards function... Apple make things so easy. Asked ‘do `I have an Iphone or iPad that it can use to obtain my settings?’ Yes. ‘Hold close to iPad and press GO’. ‘Choose which backup’. Go.

WiFi, passwords, folders, apps, passwords, the bloomin lot.

  14. Not a great day, as did a job I bloody hate. First used Muc Off, gave it a good hot soapy rub down, then another Muck Off, and after that, seat/hump off, wheels covered and ACF50'ed the crap out of it. Took nearly as long wiping all the excess off when done, think I'll brush it on next time, but hey ho, the results are good, and nearly every part of the bike has a coat on it, except the tank and tail :upyeah:

  15. Went for a lunchtime pint to the local pub with a mate today.

I casually pointed to two old drunks sitting across the bar from us and said to him - " That's us in ten years Derek".

"That's a mirror, Dipshit" he replied

  16. Task completed:upyeah:

  17. Yep, the land already taken is waste, no idea how to manage land and farming.

I worked with a SA lad 20years ago in London and he said it was bad then.

Not good, now the land is all but worthless. SA people totally abandoned after they have farmed, created jobs, helped the economy.

Legal, yeh right, ANC. Disgusting outfit
