  1. Defo feel comfortable, the dainese gortex were like slippers. But yeah the Daytona's just felt better.

  7. We’ve got some friends staying for the weekend. Yesterday we went to elsecar heritage centre for a mooch and it was very pleasant.

    Last night we had a lovely meal at our favourite fish restaurant in holmfirth :)

    Today is “veg in front of the tv day”. :)

  10. Probably only 15 miles from Silverstone and I managed to stick the inside wheels off the tarmac and got a blow out on the front ! Nightmare scenario as I can see the wheel brace in the garage where I had left it after cleaning out all the crap in the boot. Luckily a very nice lady stopped and had a wheel brace that fitted. The tyre had a 2" gash in it so lucky I carry a spare as the goop you get in a bottle wouldn't have worked. Made it for 11:00 but need not have worried, still here and still no racing. Andy

  17. Dumped the crutch, it’s only pain.

    Bought some new tech, Sonos 3. Sounds far better than I thought. And super easy to set up.

    Not that scores or times count....
     
  19. I think I got 85% first time.

    Edit: just checked - I got 82.5%. But I’d just had major back surgery 3 months before. That’s my excuse and I’m sticking to it. :)

  20. Drove six hours to favourite campsite up in the highlands where I know I can get 4g coverage. Set up awning etc in pissing rain just in time to sit down with a beer and watch the Motogp o_O
