Keep stretching the side that’s pulled as you let the muscle shorten it hurts even more when you stretch it and try massaging it yourself and a warm compress is good too
Well I’ve done about 120 miles on the Scrambler today as a recce run for tomorrow. First port of call was CMC in Clay Cross where I met my friend, Dan. Whilst having a coffee who should turn up but @Birdie. A bit of breakfast and a chat and Steve left for home and Dan and I went to Matlock Bath. A latte and lemon drizzle cake was had and then I saw my old Scrambler Classic there. We then left around 3pm as Dan had to be home by 5pm. Great ride home and now relaxing watching the football.
Just got in room at hockenheim, about an hour ago this bad boy was out front, it's on track tomorrow as it's a owners club trackday, we have just been sat in the main stand supping German beer watching mechanics prep mclarens for tomorrow, different world.
Marathon week sorting both the zed out for mot, getting the hyper back together, mot'd and taxed. All done. Hyper ready for Castle Coombe day out. taking it easy on it as it still needs a gentle hand. Although ive gotta say its initially feeling better than it ever has.
Went to the Trafford Centre today, and there’s a shop in the middle called "Pandora" that sells well over-priced tat jewellery - apparently popular with teenage girls. When I looked through the open entrance, I noticed a woman was about to open one of their boxes. Well, I was horrified - I didn’t wait around for the consequences - I was off like a bat out of hell. Edit, I'm not sure if that's ET in the pic or not....
Tomorrow....probably get there about 10, 11ish and stay til about 2 to 3ish....bike weekend all weekend...
My wife said to me today, "if you won the lottery would you still love me?" "of course I would" I said - "I'd miss you, but I'd still love you"
Taxed my bike yesterday as just fed up with changing number plates overand will take a ride sometime today
Drove from hockenheim to Prague now flaked out on bed, want to go out but need to recharge for a while.
In a moment of madness a couple of weeks ago, I volunteered to be duty cook for a bbq. With such good weather today, there are suddenly a lot of late comers accepting the invitation and I’m now looking at cooking for 40 ! Andy
