Been fighting a head cold since Sunday last week I think it might be breaking today My immune system is taking a bashing and I’m knackered I have kept going and worked and physio and coffee I need a holiday now Not sure I could do that on a regular basis

Did Hoggin the Bridge today...Hundreds of bikes at Aust services for the run over the old Severn Bridge and on to the David Broome event centre. 100 % better than last years run.
Took part in the Leeds Distinguished Gentlemen’s Ride. After raising the most money for the past 3 years on the Leeds ride I decided to give people a break and not to pester them for money this year, and instead I sponsored a friend and just did the ride. Over 200 bikes took part

We were following a load of bikes leaving Cardiff this morning, I wondered where they were going !, stayed there last night after watching ‘early doors’ live.
