That’s quite fair of them to return your deposit.
We had to drop our asking price to secure our buyer, it made ours very attractive to similar houses in the area, so even if they had pulled out I felt safe in the knowledge a new buyer could be found relatively quickly. The trouble there is not underselling your own asset, a balance was found and it enabled us to move on.
Fingers crossed it all starts to slot into place for you.

Little lady’s is Dec 11th we”re going long weekend in Morocco - not sure what it’s like never been before
