  3. Don't forget to put a 500mm tall by 1000mm wide piece of ply about 300mm from the top....
    It will help the air con guy secure the indoor unit...

  4. All the internal walls will be ply or OSB but thanks for the tip. I have even put him a concrete base at the back for his outdoor unit. :upyeah:

    I managed to track down some cladding and OSB stock eventually so progress will be quicker once my delivery arrives.

  8. This week I have been working inside,:) converting a shop into a dentist, building stud walls and fitting a raised floor, today we started lining the stud walls around the surgeries with lead.:confused:

  10. My wife had problems with mesh after her hernia operation it caused an infectious needing a second operation to remove it and 20day stay in hospital
