Oil and filter/ Belts/ Carbon fullsix swing arm protector and a translogic quickshifter (race shift pattern) all fitted
LOL. That’s the hairs & dust off the dog. He’s that colour. We’ve wooden floors downstairs and no dogs allowed upstairs.
Spent the day at the Snowcross Championships. Snowbikes were really cool. Fun watching the rigs do track maintenance too. Adam Renheim, from Sweden, won the Pro class. Pros are something else. It was his first big win in the states.
Yesterday morning I spent some time de-cluttering my wardrobe. Some poor African or Syrian is gonna look proper smart and tarty in my old Honda & Kawasaki fleeces. Today we have more trips planned to the tip, plus a visit to town to change 2 shirts I got for Xmas from “fitted” to “baggy” style. This afternoon is going to be dedicated to reading through our house purchase contract
Pretty hearth! I see they are running a VW commercial on TV. Do they run a lot of them over there? They are constant here, especially during sports programs (namely "football" games).
Changed the belts on my 900ssie. First time doing belts, it’s as easy as they say ( unless I’ve done something horribly wrong).
Me? What have I done? Well, finally I thought about getting a better phone - and I have now gone to bed after trying to get used to it. However, wi-fi is crap - I have a decent router, but the walls in this house are a problem, so I am trying to figure out where to locate it.....damn nearly impossible to get it to reach the phone at each end of the house (120 feet long with 9" brick crosswalls). Useful suggestions, please; otherwise I will go back to burner phones.
Put that ruddy fire out! Ain't you got a woodburner? Anyway, call that a tree? This is what I had to get rid of last year.....look in the middle about 2/3 up.......that's after half of it has already gone.
I have so much wood it's a question of....what next.Yes there is a open fireplace that consumes a small amount and i like leaving it on the odd occasion for a natural habitat, but sometimes i just need to move it PDQ.
Well, you can't burn the poplar that I have to get rid of on your open fire - it is like WW3 when that starts burning.
Finally put some miles on my V4 with a shortish ride out with Carole. Probably looked a right odd pair with her Scrambler snapping at my heels whilst I manfully try and not exceed 6000rpm. I think it is the right decision to put the bike on the track once it’s run in, just so damn easy to do light speeds and the QS/Blipper is addictive. Big smiles if a trifle stiff, been a long time since I spent 3 hours on a sports bike. Andy
Here are some I posted when the bike arrived back in October. https://www.ducatiforum.co.uk/threads/mine.65332/ Andy
