Blinking eck, if that saddle gets any lower, you will be sitting on the pedals

  2. If you get any cheekier you will be eating my boot... so I have lil legs... I'm built for riding motor bikes not steple jumping!!

  3. the seat is a bit low... the bird at Halfords that set it up wasn't too clever... I am short but I don't need to touch the ground while on the seat... obviously I will tweak it for myself after riding it .

  8. Winter storm came through overnight. Spent 2 1/2 hours plowing and shoveling 6 inches of snow this afternoon. Bundled up the dogs and let them out while I cleared paths in their potty area. Temps have been single digits with the worst yet to come. Schools were closed today and are already scheduled closed tomorrow and Wednesday due to forecasted low temps. We are expecting -37°C (-45 to -60 windchills) on Wednesday. Then we are in for a 60 degree swing the other way on Saturday which will be perfect for snowmobiling.

  9. Been awake since 3am (GMT) suffering with acid reflux which I get occasionally. My usual medication can’t seem to quieten it down so I’m just sitting here whilst the rest of the world is either thinking about starting the day, going about its business or thinking about going to bed. Getting fed up now :( Andy

  10. Horrible, that... Hope you feel better soon!

  11. Have you tried something stronger than the normal Rennies... Nexium or similar.... I get it occassionally and take Omeprazole Magnesium.... which I buy in the USA (probably get it her) when I am there for work as off the shelf drugs are cheaper and you can buy bigger bottles..

I was up at 2.30... just could not sleep.. out with the dog at 4.00 for a 4 mile walk... just eating my porridge with a coffee before work starts..

  12. We are due some sleet later today. I shall be sprinting back from my ‘day trip’ to London ASAP.
Should see the country shut down until the weekend.....

  13. I get this occasionally so I started to use live yoghurt to make a fruit smoothie each morning. I think it’s working for me.
