It all got very fractious yesterday I can tell you. But we didn’t want to lose the sale as it’s taken a year to get this far. Anyway an update is we can use a friends house for a fortnight and he’ll move in with his girlfriend. And our builders will be able to bring the completion date of our new house forward too
Not sure I’d be placing 100% reliance on builders estimate esp with weather this time of year. Last thing you want is for them to rush the build and mess things up that way. Good luck to you.
The house is built, and kitchens and bathrooms are in, gas and electric all working too. Lawn is down too. It’s just the painting, carpets, flooring, kitchen tiling and fencing that needs finishing off. So all the works are internal. Thanks for your good luck message as I’m sure we’ll need it!
Today I have opened the post, cleared the snow from the path around the house and walked up town for some milk, walked past my local both ways. Steve

This was the same with us, you go down the road so far with the potential buyer and invest time and effort, the last thing you want to happen is they walk away. Their homebuyers report nearly launched me in to the stratosphere! Good luck Terry hope it runs smoothly here on in.
