  3. Become very frustrated. Very.

  4. Working on a danish 70's look for the lounge, white walls, plenty of teak furniture and sofas with real wooden legs.

Apart from popping in here, I'm seeking a starburt/sunburst clock. Some may remember them from the 70's. Feck me, original ones are £150 upwards

  7. Today I have been to the doctors, nothing wrong, I have been invited to go on a genetics testing program for family cancer research. As four members of my close family have had bowel cancer our children are obviously concerned, so as i am a survivor I am to be tested against the others for any abnormalitys. Hopefully this may help in future early diagnosis. Interesting times.

  14. First day back from my holiday in Morzine and I spent it helping SWMBO packing up the house in (hopeful) readiness to move out on Wednesday. All of this is depending on exchange of contracts which should have happened last Friday, then today, and it’s still not happened. However our solicitor is confident it’ll all be done by 10.30am tomorrow. Wish I had his confidence.

I’ve now just sorted/packed some clothes for the next 2 weeks whilst we are using a friends house in Leeds whilst our new one is being finished.
