  1. Quiz time

Captain Cook made 3 visits to the South Pacific, and on one of them he died.

    Which one was it ?

  2. I don't like NF, I think he's a tit (my opinion, it's not libel), however, I do think he's right in what he said in that short excerpt. then I saw it was published by RT. FFS, RT!. The only ones who benefit from Brexit are Putin & Russia. Can people not see that. A fractured EU is music to Putin's ear. Whilst I admire what NF said it's tainted by the fact it's been put out by RT and thus IMO becomes less plausible/acceptable/efficacious.

Or so a friend, Mr. John Jameson, told me to say

  3. Today, sadly, I have been to one of my workmates of the last 15 years funerals, he is survived by his wife, 2 children, and new Grandchild, was a tough day. A small consolation is that he died in his sleep.

  7. Finally got an appointment for a surgeon to look at my right knee and had it confirmed that he is doing a full knee replacement so well happy. It should take away 90% of the pain I get.
So hopefully within 30 weeks I'll have a new knee. Apparently I have upper n lower knee bone rubbing on ea other and he said “it must be very painful” to which my response was yes, it is

  9. Facebook going down last night was a massive inconvenience...

I had to walk my dinner over to my neighbours, so people could still see it.

  10. Hi Jim
A customer of mine, who i have worked for around 12 years now had both knees rubbing bone on bone and was in bad pain, over the last two years he has had both replaced and i must say he's like a spring chicken, all the best with it.

  11. Just ordered 2 oil filters, one for my Monster 1200R and one for Dawns Monster 821. Now trying to find somewhere to get 8 litres of Shell Advance 4T 15W-50. Ebay seems cheapest at £90 for 8 litres.

  12. Look at ebay .de...

You can probably find 12 liters delivered for £80..

    Thats what I do...
