Sounds good. I tested out the quickshifter on the Multistrada 1260 at the weekend. Bloody great, you won’t be disappointed. I never thought quickshifting down was anything to write home about. It was great. Like central locking, you never knew you needed it till it arrived.
Carole had a long day in London talking pension investments today (she is a pension trustee) so I took her out for something to eat tonight. We both enjoy our nearest Yo Sushi and tonight was no exception. Andy
Did you not find wind blast at high speed an issue? Holding it above 100 I found got tiring very quickly. I couldn’t work out if it was a longer wheelbase than I’m used to or if it was the feet forward riding position but tipping in to a corner at speed took some effort. I guess things can be subjective, something one could get used to. A lower centre of gravity (CoG) sounds like an interesting engineering change from Ducati, and quick shifters are just plain fun, you’ve tempted me in to taking one out again! Congratulations on your new diavel and many happy a mile.
The new one I've bought is the Diavel 1260S not the XDiavel so the pegs are normal position not feet forward.
