  5. SWMBO has just come across a very spooky/weird coincidence.............

SWMBO is big into doing her family tree etc so a couple of years ago we spent a few days in Hampshire (Gosport area) as her mum's family came from that neck of the woods.

Well, one of the stops was in Alverstoke where SWMBO's grandparents had a house built back in the 1940's. Anyway from an old photograph SWMBO had of her mother stood outside this house with her grandparents we managed to find it as it was a fairly distinctive house. We even knocked on the door to talk to the current owners but no-one was in at the time..............

Anyway fast forward to Feb 2019...........and we move to our current new house..........

And it's just dawned on SWMBO that her grandparents house in Alverstoke was in a road of the same name as our new house.............and further investigation on Google Earth shows that the house number is the same as our new house too!!

    Spooky!!!!
