After yesterdays "Dieselgate" - ive changed the plugs and cleared out the throttlebodies and airbox (it had to come off anyway). Instant start now.
Bought this Setrab ProLine SLM Slimline Oil Cooler for the KR project - was going to go cheaper but this one looked the best and fitment will be much neater due to the flush fixing positions on the underside
Got up at 6am, was out on the Panigale by 6.30 It was all ready to go, I’d gassed up, chain lubed, gear shifter lubed, tyre pressures checked pumped up and checked again, all done yesterday. Didn’t even need to be turned around. Great day, sunshine and empty roads before 11am. Then met bro 5 on his way back from his Triumph Factory visit and had a good thrash with him. Bike now all tucked up and all gear put away. Unbelievably it’s the first time I’ve been out on it this year after several previous aborted outings. It was faaaaantastic. It’s a keeper.
The early bird catchs the worm everytime at that time of morningfree track time without the muppets & fairplay to you
The muppets on their way to the garden centres really worry me. They go along at thirty three and a third and so do their brains. I seriously reckon by 11am on a Sunday it’s all over.
Today i'll remove and replace the slave cyclinder seal that's been weepng very slowly that's of course if they've one in stock. Also meeting up with a council member that responsible for the maintenance contractors for the grass verges etc...........not doing their job properly plus bike out later today.
After the plug change on the zed yesterday, rode it to work....wow....like its on steroids....very happy bunny.
This morning I took the Diavel in for detailing to get the crud off that the road surfacing company had sprayed the bike with. It's going to be done over 3 days to make sure that it's done properly. All paid for by them. As I had my riding gear on I then went to work on the Scrambler 1100 Sport And the decorator has started painting the garden room
All that bonjour, mais ouis, life is good in france and yet top of the table a mahoosive block of cathederal cheese made in Cornwall
V4 dropped off today for a dry clutch conversion and Evo 2 software upgrade, just in time for Silverstone. Andy
Re-jigged a contract document for a small project in China, that I am being told they will pay a 4% deposit for by the end of the week. We shall see.
