  7. Bit of a distressing day today. It appears I contracted a stomach bug doing the rounds locally that woke me about 3am this morning and ripped through my bowel about an hour later. So, 2 sets of bedding (including mattress protector fortunately) and subsequently 2 sets of under clothes and jeans through the washing machine because I couldn't move quickly enough, I still feel pretty rough but haven't had to find the toilet for about 3 hours. 11. Just driven from (Port) Stanley to Mount Pleasant and back here in the Falkland Islands. Only 35 miles each way but takes roughly 90 mins each way due to the state of the road.

  18. Unsubscribed from a load of spam e-mails. I've just realised when I open my Outlook up daily, I'm usually deleting about 40 mails, from the same senders almost daily. How did I let that happen? o_O
