  11. Today, I will be going round car dealerships looking at what’s out there and at what price. I’ve not had to do this car buying malarkey for 35 years!

    And this afternoon I’m going for a posh tea in Shibden...........which is one of my Xmas presents from SWMBO :)

  12. Wrong time to go looking Tel, leave it until nearer to the last week or 10 days before September when the sales people will be bending over backwards to shift a new reg to meet their (unrealistic) sales target figures. Big discounts to be had on certain models. Andy

  13. I’m only looking at what I may want (make/model etc). I’m not averse to getting something a couple of years old either.

    As I say, it’s just an exploratory run out............I’m not going to do anything until I know exactly what my severance package is and when I will finish work.

    Plus it means I will be spending time with SWMBO today so she won’t moan when I’m out with the lads riding all day tomorrow :)
