    But all will be better after dinner..
    Today I've made dinner.. other than that nothing worth mentioning...

  4. Today I’ve had a fairly relaxed day..............

    1. I woke at 6.50am.........not slept that long for months if not years! :upyeah:

    2. First thing I took SWMBO to hospital for a blood test.

    3. We then went to the White Rose Center in Leeds and I bought some gym clothes/stuff as I’m going to start seeing the personal trainer SWMBO sees. Starts next Monday :)

    4. Then we went to look at sheds as next week we are having some landscaping/patio/paving building work starting

    5. Finally we went to our grandchildren’s school to pick them up and take them home. We stayed for tea too. :upyeah:

    We’re home now and catching up on the athletics. I’m finding it easy to “fanny around” :)

Well, very surpisingly i got an email from google saying i needed to update my credit card details....checked the links to make sure it wasnt a scam...clicked the link...turns out the you tube video i did for some of the lads on the z1000 forum 5 years ago has gotten 1.4 million hits...nothing special (Start the bike rev it up a few times and turn it off) - 135 quid....
