  4. No not being restored, just 22 years of patina!
As you say some parts have aged favourably, others not so!

  13. My neighbour keeps his Harley in my garden, he was going to take it to the ace today but it was running like shit.. we pulled the plugs and messed about . Then I suggested we drained the tank as I suspected water in there .. close, shit loads of flakes of paint it looks like. some 50p size but rolled up and loads of smaller bits... he was going nowhere on that so I lent him the scrambler. Shot down the ace with him ( me on ss) for a quick cuppa and left him to it .
Bumped into @Pete1950 which is always cool..
    Now home to chill .
Pic of ss IMG_20191027_125049.jpg ..I know everyone has seen it already but I can't help it..

  15. Wet wipes or are you joined to neighbours pipes like a triple y with neighbours?

  16. Inches deep in paper and water. The street drains down to it, then our downstairs loo drains in, then it goes in further down. Worried I make have an issue with a pipe, but got to hook it all out first :confounded::tired_face::poop:

think drain rods may be a purchase later today
