Managed to get to work, left lunchtime and wfh this afternoon. Just knackered tbh and chest aching like I’ve had a shoeing
Don’t think I was. Walked back from town to the car, done maybe mike and half or two, and just shit up to 140bpm. And didn’t slow down much for 22hrs. Seems back to sub 60 now, and heart rhythm bs]ack to inside tolerance. Trying to get to see consultant rather than a&e coz their answer will be take me in and monitor for days!
Just finished pickled onions for Christmas, jazzed them up with birds eye chillies and smoked garlic for an extra bit of flavour.
Your heart has just been through the mill and it’s a big muscle that needs a bit of tlc to get better Slow down and be kind to yourself too much too soon imo Take care Bradders
Little ride out this morning - chilly and TC light flashing all the time as i continue to break the Street Triple in. Realised I was in Road mode which, at least on a coldish day, seems to be pretty intrusive. I have set up "user" mode with TC min and ABS sport but must have flicked it off, or it resets to Road as default. Cant be arsed to read the manual but will see next time out. Other than that, waiting on a few parts for the 748R so I can officially close down my "refresh" project. Oh, and ordered a new Optimate One trickle charger via Bennetts Rewards that charges both lead acid and lithium seamlessly for £27.99 delivered - gotta love a bargain. That will keep the Trumpet's battery in good nick over the winter.
I’ve had a fit kind of day. First thing I went to see my PT, then afterwards I went bouldering. Now I’m knackered
Fitted a plastic bath panel for a local client then onto food shopping/bank/washed two vehicles by hand, ordered up engine oil for the L.R/inner tube for the P.Smart.
Started the ball aching process of notifying my utility providers, credit card issuers, bank and a whole host of other retailers and friends that TalkTalk have announced they won’t be supporting the address free of charge from the end of November so I will be using a different e-mail address. It’s amazing the number of people and organisations you correspond with over a period of more than 20 years on the internet. Andy
Is there not an expected migration plan? Normally they sell (or give) it to a supplier to take and and it means forwarding will work for a while after
Pay £5pm by the end of November or get limited functionality in December and lose it in January. It’s an ancient dial up era address that has been subsumed in a series of take overs through time, TalkTalk being the last one. I will try and auto forward e-mails as long as the address has the functionality but they can stuff paying £5pm. Andy
