I like this disjointed photographic style as it makes the viewers think that little bit more about the vista, keep up the good work.
The annoying thing is when I view them, they are all the correct way up, regardless of whether I took the photo in portrait, landscape or even upside down portrait. Then when I upload them here many flip through 90 degrees. I even tried an experiment and duplicated one photo 3 times, thus giving me the original and 3 others. I then rotated the 3 others so they were each of a different orientation by 90 degrees, saved them, and then uploaded all 4 to here. None, not a single one was the right way up on here.... Grrrrrrrr. I'll get to the end of of it though.
so far today i have driven 45 mins in traffic to peugeot to get some recall work done on the van.. after waiting over an hour to been seen (booked in for 8.30) i was finally seen by some plonker who disrepairs for 15 mins then comes back to tell me my van will be looked at today and if its one of the 20% of vans that need doing, i will have to book it in for another day... WTF!!!!! i told him that when i booked it, i asked specifically if the work needed doing would it be carried out in the same day, i was told yes and that its 2-4 hours work.. thats not correct he says...so i was lied to? i dont know sir im only trying to help, you must have call the call centre and they dont know what they are talking about.... i didnt, i called the branch direct.. what a shower of cunts... ROBINS DAY in chiswick
I've just been quoted £105.00 plus the VAT from Nissan for an hourly labour rate. what are Peugeot charging you.
Halloween: Totally fucking americanized....just pages and pages of tabloid press of people in fancy dress....why dont they call it that...fancy dress day....
peugeot are "paying" for it as its a safety recall... not paying for my time off work and fucking about though...
@bradders Take it easy, you'll do yourself a damage and the idiots will still be there, oblivious. Hope things improve.
Back to normal today. Fingers crossed no more event for a while. 25hrs with 150bpm hr takes it out of you! I have been acting as senior manager on a test for two days this week. I had to step out of the room several times and sit away working with instructions to grab me if there is a block or another emotional fallout. Before I either string someone up or had a heart attack. Especially as i was having the issue yesterday. 50 in December. Right now, was it’s going, be lucky to make 51!
Well this morning I visited an old (not that old - only 43yo) colleague who'd had a heart attack earlier this week. He's now home and was in remarkably good spirits considering. I have to say that if ever there was someone that was a prime candidate for a heart attack it was him.........he's certainly going to have to alter his lifestyle (take more exercise, half his drinking, eat less fatty foods and eat more fruit and veg etc). He gave up smoking 3 years ago when he was diagnosed with Non Hodgkinsons Lymphoma and is now in remission from. (He's certainly getting his fair share of NHS benefits that's for sure). I came home and though the drive still has two and a half big bags of crushed stone and slate on it whilst the landscape gardener is still messing about building stuff I decided to jet wash the drive as it was pretty cacky. After about an hour or so I felt decidedly shit. I think I have man flu coming on now
