Today SWMBO has gone to Derby to help sort out her 91yo mums affairs and the house now she’s in a care home, so I have been bouldering instead. Came home to a delivery of a floor lamp we’d ordered last week and assembled it in all of two minutes (that’s the level of my diy skills). It looks really good so SWMBO should be pleased when she gets home. I’m now going to warm up and have my “lunch” then the sofa is beckoning
Succumbed to my own pressure and bought tickets to see Dweezil Zappa at some stuffy, sit down, be quiet, don’t enjoy yourself venue in town!
Ripped out a bathroom today for a client but only received one cup of tea all day......bastards...let's hope they don't want any extras£££££££££££
Busy for a Monday. Dropped my Cube XC off at the local bike shop first thing for a much needed service followed by a visit to the dispensary to exchange one of my medications dispensed in error (long story). Drove into Basingstoke for a 20 minute session on the chiropractor’s couch, ouch but in a good way, followed by lunch in Wagamama’s as a treat before heading back home. Straight into the garage to fit the shiny new HEL brake lines to Carole’s R6. Big shout out for John at HEL for making a rear brake line at the show on Saturday whilst we waited and giving us a show discount . Time to couch slouch for a coffee now. Not sure what later will bring but I’ll just sit here and wait and see Andy
Nope i'm always on the dot raring to go,but i'll pop out to the local town tomorrow for a coffee & relax.
Bikes parked up in their duvets with a radiator on tickover until next year.I always end up on top everytime so no sweat.
Fault finding a system with intermittent fault..... 5 hours and then they offered a coffee or tea, luckily I always carry my own flask (of coffee).
Got tickets to see John Hopkins playing at an even stuffier venue in town, might have to order a carriage and break out the Dinner Suit for this one!
I love Canada, I'm back there again next year for my cousins wedding. She has a great place that looks over the bay from one side and the CN tower the otherside.
