Chatting to colleague yesterday. 10 yrs ago I was at the gym 5 to 6 days a week. Was running 40kms a week plus 4 nights with weights. For the 3 yrs I did this, I didn't have a day where I was neither in pain or very heavily aching.

I've since added 8 inches to my waist, 3 1/2st in weight and only suffer pain if I do something to cause it.

Conclusion: exercise is worse for you than watching TV and drinking beer

 

Your trainer should have told you not to be overtraining ! Its amazing how many people think being in the gym every day is good for you

 

I`ve had a couple of doggy days off with my Lola.

And had a sleep


I can thoroughly recommend a dogs life.

Just purchased a new dishwasher - Our siemens one just keeps busting heat pumps and no one seems to know why, so we've gone Bosch this time.

Yep... Bosch, Siemens, Neff and Gaggenau all the same company....

 

My Siemens expensive fridge/freezer had a very small label on the back saying "Made in China" and after 3 years the white enamel started dropping off the bottom of the door, having been enameled over red rust.
