That sounds perfect. I think I missed my vocation in life, I enjoy cooking and would love to have been a chef given my time again.
I'm 60 next year and have two businesses, which sounds better than the reality, and although I'm a workaholic I really don't think I have the energy to start something else. I think I'll stick with what I know now. I have had a diverse career path in the past.
I know the feeling, but I was a chef a long long time ago, then ended up in banking & finance, went back to night school, requalified as a lawyer, started a food business when we moved here, now come full circle and back to being a chef again, but on my terms. 60 next year too.
Today, me and “slow Dave” from across the road, are going to Jems Speed Shop in Batley for some breakfast and a mooch as they are open till 3pm apparently. And neither of us has ever been. On the way there we are calling at the John Smith stadium in Huddersfield to collect tickets to see the Boro vs Huddersfield match on Boxing Day up in Middlesbrough. Vacuuming the house “for Xmas” will have to wait

nearly bought a 999 nero offa that mob a year or so back. i backed out as i didnt have as much money as i thought i did! but from the few phone calls i had with em they seem like an ok outfit... they do get some nice bikes in...be interested to hear what you make of em...
Often wondered about them when searching for a bike they seem to have polarizing reviews but the stock always looks tasty when I was on the search last xmas for a 1299 the reviews did put me off ? Anybody here had any experience with them ?

They do Seem to have some nice looking models for sale. And tbh I’ve not heard a bad thing about them.
