I have. Nothing difficult. Normally cook 400-500g batches so doubled and a bit everything for this one. Also, this will be on very low now for 3hrs. Garlic 5 cloves Chillis 2 Chilli powder 2 tbsp Cumin 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Onion 5% mince Oxo chopped tomatoes Tomato purée Kidney beans for last 15 minutes Takes about 45 min during the week or, if like today, I’ll run for 3hrs or more. Paprika adds the most heat and if I’m slow cooking i make the oxo into a bit of stock, otherwise I just sprinkle over the meat with all the spices and dry mix before adding tomatoes
Had to own up that my paddock stand Christmas present has been in use since early December and the box is empty and not worth wrapping. Whatever happened to peace and good will to all men
Well me and “slow Dave” visited Ducati Leeds first and had a coffee with the salesman there, Simon, who knew his stuff was interested in doing business with me......which was a change from all the sales people the other times I’d been there. I said I’d give him an opportunity to try and get my business in future. We then went over to Alan Jefferies bmw for a mooch and another coffee. Had a sit on the S1000RR to see if it could tempt me..........nice bike but I prefer the looks of the Panigale I think. Dave, on the other hand, is considering chopping in his XR for one. We then traipsed over to Jems Speed Shop..........well I have to say, that after the previous two shops, this was a disappointment. Though they did have 8 or 9 Ducati’s in, ranging from a 748R through to a 1299FE, the rest of the stock they had in was old’ish and, to put it politely, well worn/used and in IMO looked tired compared to the used bikes in both the Ducati and BMW showrooms. The decor of the place was “eclectic”. Not my cup of tea. Sorry.
Been working on the garage/workshop. Built a wall to separate the two and keep the dust away from the bike. Then built some storage and some temporary panels to cover the windows until I think of a better idea.
Or chop in some coriander stalks with a bit of lime juice, cut the bottom couple of inches off a bunch.
