It’s unlikely, but sometimes even the smallbore steel tube coming out of the tank can be blocked enough to cause same, was this the tank that had some rot? Unlikely but worth a check at the same time.

I think it’s partly because it’s such a small bore, but can decide to rust internally and have needed to use a drillbit to carefully remove debris sometimes!

 

Or put it to soak in cider vinegar for a few days to clean it up?
