  7. Good man. I told my mechanic to throw all his towels away to ensure my bike always gets fixed.

  11. Couched. All day.

  12. Went to a pop up arcade in Bristol City center.... Full of old stylee retro stuff... Took my youngest in (11) with 8 of his mates for his birthday trip. I thought they'd hate it... (not state of the art consoles) but... They loved it... 5ver to get in for an hour... Everything is free... 20200202_163023.jpg
Defender is my weapon of choice... Even pumping out the 80's music too just to make me feel 15 again...

  13. Defender and Asteroids, happy days, for a five thats a bargain, one i could never get the hang of was Missile command.

  14. And Galaxian?

  15. Phoenix was there not galaxians im afraid...missile command was there. 4 of us playing gauntlet and they were getting pretty excited! Games that were there that i remember...

    Donkey Kong
    BattleZone
    Asteroids
    Mortal Kombat II
    Time Crisis
    Star Wars
    Commando
(the ones in the pic!) - that was one side...

All the parents are texting now saying their kids loved it....going back down in the summer holidays...

Id say there were about 30 or 40 cabinets, old retro consoles also - said he was getting 10 more cabinets in next week one of them being 1942 - my other fave....

Ive got a retro setup at home which is pretty sweet (FPGA Dev board hooked up to an x-arcade stick) but nothing beats standing in a dimly lit arcade...

  16. Went with my mate today to pick up a project bike....2002 R1 (with the letterbox rear light) - maxton revalved forks and a maxton rear, abba stand, micron tail (comes with all the oem stuff) - IMO needs a total strip down, clean, recoat and build back up (paneling is a little tatty but no cracks or breaks). 1300 quid which i thought was out of this world...

Just out of curiosity.... I think it was a brilliant deal... About right or did he get it cheap?
