  13. Took the scrambler for its first MOT at Victor motorcycles in Bristol , then took it for a spin around the lanes in North Somerset .

  14. It's my birthday! So I had the day off. Built a pergola - two rectangular blocks of wood left over :eek: No instructions so I built it based on the photos on ebay (no sign of any blocks). It is to replant a couple of grape vines that my daughter bought for a previous birthday - the amount of money I've spent on these vines would have bought plenty of wine......
    Just had an Indian takeaway :)

  18. Popped down to Bradford Eye Hospital this morning and got my right eye done - cataracts removed and lens implant.

    It's weeping like fuck tonight so I'm on a diet of paracetamol and whisky.

  20. Good luck with the recovery and do use the drops they gave you religiously, you don’t need an infection nor do you need swelling of the eye ball. Best thing I’ve had done to correct poor eyesight :upyeah: Andy
