  6. Feel so sorry for all the kids, especially teens. Can’t see their mates. Not fair but necessary.

  11. First thing this morning I went to the post office in the car. I was about 200m away when I looked at the clock and it was 8.44am..........Bollocks, thinks I, they don't open till 9am. So I turned the car around to go to Lidl to get some shopping in.

I'm about 500m from Lidl when the bird on TalkSport gives a time check at 9.47am...........fuck.......I'd forgotten to change the time on the clock. Turned back round and went to the post office again.

Then I went back to Lidl and spent an hour wandering aimlessly looking bemused at the list SWMBO had given me, just like every other male in there.

  12. This morning we recovered all the footballs that had been lost in the undergrowth alongside our drive over the last few years. Some were still inflated.

  13. Try touching your nose with the index finger of the opposite hand when you are standing on one leg it will help with balance.

  15. They were only saying on the news not to get double prescriptions as it will cause shortages (how many toilet rolls do you have) ………. :eyes:

  16. Bought a front mudguard off an RSVR Mk2 to attack for my KR1000 project - it will fit the forks but will look far too bulky so I will be chopping it up and adding aluminium straighteners. Hopefully it will work - if not it was only £25 including delivery :)

  17. Sorry, that’s gone right over my head. Andy

  18. "Alexa, what will the weather be like tomorrow?" I asked tonight.

"Doesn't matter" came the response "You're going nowhere"

  19. I could still get my hour of exercise in..

EDIT got out and managed 17 miles, saw around 20 moving cars. I learnt that an old friend of mine who had been moved to ICU yesterday was now sleeping and "comfortable" which was best news all day.
