That’s my last daily walk for the foreseeable future, plantar faciitis has flared up in my left instep and heel. Last time it got this painful, duty doctor at A&E injected a steroid through the instep and guided the needle by ultrasound to the base of the heel and put my ankle in a cast. No way I’m going to add to the load at the local NHS hospital at this time so it’s foot up with the occasional hobble between the sofa and the kitchen or the sofa and the loo for now. Andy
The injection was double shit scary and the doctor was cheerily encouraging me to look at the procedure on the ultrasound screen Sadly it’s just a matter of time for the inflammation to subside. Andy
Popped round to see-ish the grandkids. I stayed in the car watching as the kids showed me they have both learned, finally, to ride their bikes. Great to watch and hopefully will provide plenty of exercise for them once we are allowed out again. The easter eggs were well recieved
After the carnage I had caused in the dining room and finally getting it all ship shape the other day I decided to attack the garage to make a bit more room for the build. Managed to clear the workbench and wash it down and create lots of space for all round access. Knackered now, pizza time
Correct I have just been out and bought two bottles of the Campo Viejo. One is for the next door neighbour though as she is bringing me a dinner round later.
Carried on tidying the garage after 3 years of chaos. Repainted said garage. Managed 35 jumps of the rope today new PB. Took some food over to my Mothers.
