Out on the lanes again first thing this morning .. then a gave the Sherco a 20hr service when I got back. Can’t wait to get out again tomorrow .
@Carr01 Hi Anthony, sorry for the delay, the grabhire crane takes just about one tonne, but the lifting arm has to be in close proximity with the lifting process.
Fixed my bike The day of lock down lifting the bike decided to throw up an EML, couldn’t get it into Ducati for over a week so bought an OBD lead and using Melcodiag read fault from ECU, a MAP Sensor fault on horizontal cylinder, new sensor arrived today, fitted, cleared faults and all’s good
Played golf on the Lakeside at Mendip spring with a friend , good company , great weather , the hard fairways were suiting my worm burner drives , iron play was good , and true fast greens .
Spent most of the day stripping my 996 down, general getting to know you sort of thing. Good clean, checking all bolts are tight but still after years of stripping bikes (mainly second hand) it does baffle the mind on why some people have to cut corners on maintenance etc. Luckily so far on the 996 no issues just three different types of bolts holding the pipes on at the rear!!
I am sorry, can you repeat that? I read the entire thing thinking about an ex girlfriend... 996 = GF... go from there... Rex
What do we think, is the government also doing any other work then just daily update press conferences about corona? Maybe once a week will do for press conferences and just for anyone who needs daily updates, bang it on the internet, running the country properly needs a wider approach then hiding behind slides and PowerPoint presentations, start with potholes I would say.....
Thanks, I’ve been in touch with the bricky, he’s got a contact with a lift capable of moving the posts. I’ll just let him get on with it!
