  2. I thought that over the years I must have removed every nut and bolt of this bike but o no there's always one, probably never moved in 22 years, it has now the little bu**er.

  3. I posted last week and said that id bought and aldi compact tyre compressor for changing tyres (never done it before but thought it was worth a go....when i posted the link i was advised that it might not work as it doesnt have enought grunt to push the beads out (airflow....cfm i think was mentioned). Taking the advice on board i immediately contacted aldi to cancel the order but, it took them 3 days to reply and it was already on its way. They did reply back a few days ago and said that if i refuse delivery then itll just get returned and ill get a refund. So, as it had been sent i took delivery and thought i could at least try it. And, it works, brilliantly i might add. I tested first on the existing rear tyre and broke the bead both sides (bought an abba bead breaker) 2 sets of tyre levers and 4 of those plasticky things that go round the edge...from doing hundreds of bicycle tyres in my life sometimes you just need more than 2.....removed the old tyre and put a second i had in the roof....and inflated again, beads pushed out....very happy as i havent got much room in my garage and this can be easily stored....chuffed. 18. Eaten many times, got all excited when another set of rubber turned up from down the business then got moody when I realise I still haven't got a bike to chuck it on because the striple range have all had to have brake system re calls.
