I’ve been trying to learn how to use my new garmin XT that arrived today.

 

Had a laugh out loud ride on this ... it’s been a while since I rode a 125 smoker crosser and it all came flooding back ; frantic , loud and so much fun

Also took out an unrestored original 250 , it’s my favourite of them all , just look at it

70% through the build of my Westfield sport FW.
Delivered on 1st April just in time for lockdown.
Hope to get on the road in August as long as the IVA test centres are in business.

Good luck with that. I’ve just stared to fathom Basecamp because MyRoute App is most definitely not working for my girlfriend. We have a small informal forum group Zoom session planned for next week if you want to join in. Andy

That’s very kind for the invite. I am such a techno numpty zoom can be as challenging to me as the XT. I used to use Tyre to make my holiday or training routes, but something strange has happened with it. I would love to have the zoom meeting details.

Time was but today, probably the first 3 rungs of the ladder is as far as you'd get me. Late teenage years I was free abseiling off viaducts, mid 60's, I have issues looking out of an upstairs window. Andy

You can see a long way from that height - the skyscrapers are in Glasgow....

 

Fitted this carbon screen/deflector to the multi, not sure on looks as the Garmin pokes over the top.
Might have to modify/ bend the bracket.
Has anyone used the Iconic nav holder with this screen?
Wondering if it's lower .
