Just knocked out a kitchen tap and two basin ones this morning,what a frustrating job i should have been No more than a hour but the time i chatted with the owner & loaded up the tools it was two odd hours,flowers for @Ducbird

We went to B&Q first thing primarily to look for shelving for the utility room........they didn’t have any at all and we came away with 3 plants for the garden. SWMBO then decided we should go to IKEA to look for shelving. When we got there the car park was rammed and there was a queue of people probably 500m long to get in the place........and it was pissing down. Sod that for a game of soldiers so we left to come home. M62 was hugely busy too and we got caught for 75 minutes in a backlog of traffic trying to get off the motorway at J24. Madness.

Cut some roof spars out of 8x2, chunky little buggers, templates for the builders to build the gable ends to for a new house, then the rain came so they'll have to wait until tomorrow for a rear up, once the steel-work is up I'll return and finish the rest of the roof. Steve
Holidays in the Peak , walking through an empty Matlock Bath today, starting counting the fish and chips shops, did give up, there is just too many, all you local ducatisti must really like your fish and chips on a busy weekend I guess
