Tbh it looks really easy and nothing like the low carb stuff. Been on and off high protein for cple years and find too easy to drop off the wagon, like now, as its always a little hassle to know what to eat when in a rush

Well, I'm going to change the clocks anyway (for something that shows actual relevant information rather than just bobbing up and down) and the fairing, so I thought I might as well change the look of the rest of it. The only proviso being that nothing gets hacked away, so it can be put back to standard when it comes time to sell. Looks do-able.
Swiss national holiday today. It is baking. Way too hot to work outside, for the moment. I probably should be making phone calls or working on my projects. It's always hard to get motivated when the whole country is on holiday and the 3rd Test Match has just started.
33 deg in surrey just an hour ago (Kingston to be precise), 24 deg in the shop I'm working at, which has no a/c cos the builder threw the obsolete controllers away, and the French manufacturers are on their annual leave. Somehow all of this is my fault... Back tomorrow. I'll explain to them how well my home a/c works
Today I fitted a new tyre, new chain. New rear brake light switch. Repaired and replaced hugger. Put on the new number plate. Number plate light didnt work, so i had to install a new one robbed from a BMW side light.
Ambled down towards Taunton today for a bit of fruit picking-strawberries, raspberries and black currants. Well I say picking, did a little eating as well... Check the quality like you do...... currently sat/slumped on the sofa 'fermenting'...... Have a bit more ice cream and I could be a sundae!, i am sure I put a couple of strawbs in a box and paid for them..... Saturday is jam making day!!!
