  1. Yep been there a few times myself, they have done my 916SP3 many times and somehow they got my 13 year old 5 series through again without any advisories... bloody stars!

  4. Today I found a great website for designer clothes that are slight seconds, but with massive savings.

    I bought a great coat - should have been £100, reduced to £10. it's near enough perfect, the only thing I can see wrong with it is one sleeve is very slightly longer than the other two

  5. Change light bulb for spark plug/cambelt/lithium battery etc.......

    How many forum members does it take to change a lightbulb?

    1 to change the light bulb and to post that the light bulb has been changed

    14 to share similar experiences of changing light bulbs and how the light bulb could have been changed differently

    7 to caution about the dangers of changing light bulbs without proper gear

    6 to argue over whether it's "lightbulb" or "light bulb" …

    another 6 to condemn those 6 as stupid

    2 industry professionals to inform the group that the proper term is "lamp"

    15 know-it-alls who claim they were in the industry, and that "light bulb" is perfectly correct

    19 to post that this forum is not about light bulbs and to please take this discussion to a light bulb forum

    11 to defend the posting to this forum saying that we all use light bulbs and therefore the posts are relevant to this forum

    36 to debate which method of changing light bulbs is superior, where to buy the best light bulbs, what brand of light bulbs work best for this technique and what brands are faulty

    5 People to post pics of their own light bulbs

    15 People to post "I can't see S$%^!" and their own light bulbs

    7 to post URL's where one can see examples of different light bulbs

    4 to post that the URL's were posted incorrectly and then post the corrected URL's

    13 to link all posts to date, quote them in their entirety including all headers and signatures, and add "Me too"

    5 to post to the group that they will no longer post because they cannot handle the light bulb controversy

    4 to say "didn't we go through this already a short time ago?"

    13 to say "do a search on light bulbs before posting questions about light bulbs"

    1 to bring politics into the discussion by adding that Davic Cameron isn't the brightest bulb.

    4 more to get into personal attacks over their political views.

    1 moderator to lock the light bulb thread.

    1 forum lurker to respond to the original post 6 months from now and start it all over again.

  6. Turned right and followed the coastal path to St Davids.
    Three hours of undulating paths are playing havoc with my knees!

  7. Today I have managed to increase my annual mileage total to 100, yes 100 imperial miles (read and weep suckers), can't accuse me of having a garage queen :D

  9. How very dare you, I'll have you know the first 60 had my wife on the back (in case I needed a push) and today I blasted to the bank and shop for errands - 3 starts, no drama :upyeah:

Woke up feeling a lot better than yesterday then went out for a ride on the 996 to West Meon and only two blue meanie camera vans today and for some reason or other i've seen a lot of Porsches about, not a fan but as i was leaving the petrol station a beautiful early 911(i do like the early 911 mark) pulled in sporting a very nice green livery(sorry no pics) and have seen about 7 Morgans that i must admit i do like, then a long ride home via Salisbury to watch Motogp free practise.:upyeah:

  11. Funny you saw so many porkers, I noticed an abundance of wagons on my epic journey, fuel wagons, quarry wagons and tractors pulling wagons, must be something in the air....

  19. Today I are mainly been disappointed - what's happened to biker camaraderie? When I started riding 99% of bikers would nod or even give a cheery wave - in the 80's you often felt like a Windmill with the constant waving of your arms, but this last few months I have been saddened to note that few bikers acknowledge you anymore? So what's going on? Ride out yesterday and out of 10 + bikes seen only 2 nodded and one of those was the PoPo.
