That is good news.. If I may ask how did you manage to book? Struggling since last Thursday to book a test for my daughter. We tried 2-3 times a day on NHS website (we are based in Kent)
Booked one on nhs website 2 weeks ago. Managed to get one 3 hours after looking. That was at Morrisons carpark in Sidcup. There were half dozen cars doing the test, with no q longer in.
Took the KTM 990 ADV out for a blast: Irvine - Loch Lomond - Crianlarich - Great Glen - Glencoe - Taynuilt - Inveraray - Ferry to Gourock and back to Irvine; 7 hours door to door, 6 in the saddle. beautiful day. I've had to dose me sore back, but yeah, a f**king beautiful day!
Today, my wife said she needed some bits from Morrisons, cat food, chicken, that kind of stuff, so I volunteered to go and said I could take the bike as not much to carry. I must be losing my marbles as it took a good 65 miles to get there and back, which was nice
Today, well yesterday, I went to pick up my prize for winning the IAM photo competition, but rather than a prize ceremony like we’ve had in the last few years, I had to go to the framers and pick up my own prize, taking a selfie of the man in the shop presenting it to me. Funny times. They say the camera adds 10 pounds, now I dont know how many cameras are pointing at me here, but it must be at least five. This was the winning photo. This won it last year. This won it the year before that.
Woke up sun blazing went on PC can't see keyboard, comes over black as pitch and now pissing down with rain, winter just round the corner, oh well have got the 996 to keep me busy, got OCD to keep happy.
I was flicking around the channels last night and found;Trump,an American Dream,with interest & curiosity i stayed with the documentary about his early days as a hard nosed property developer,my conclusion were just that,a man that wants to gets things done in life.
after yesterday went so well.. (half a gallon of petrol finished off wasps - unlit - still can't believe it) it's "one of those days" today.. got locked out (took wrong bunch of keys) and now do you think I can find my 28 mm full-hex socket to do up the fragile aluminium front axle nut?? Time for a cup of tea, I would light up a cigar if I had one.
