Enjoying a morning coffee sat on my sofa whilst I wait for an APC overnight driver to arrive with our “finish at home’ tapas dishes from Jose Pizarro. We have eaten at Jose’s in Bermondsey Street in London several times over the last couple of years and are looking forward to trying this new venture from his UK set up. Got pork cheeks on pumpkin puree , squid ink and prawn croquetas, chorizo in red wine and a double portion of Iberico to look forward to According to the APC tracking app, the driver is about 8 miles and 10 drop off stops away. This is Frank. He’s been staying with us. I’ve been taking him for walks twice a day. Happiest little fella you could ever wish to have staying. I had to return my Givi tank bag today because the zip finally gave up. Frank came with me to the post office to help post it. Good company.
