  3. It's a wise thing for you and anyone you meet, i've had the same several times now and it peters out either next day or after a few days, never turning into a full cold etc, weird.

  10. My mate Dave’s grandad went into a home yesterday.

    It’s tragic.

  13. APC Overnight delivered as promised, big tick in the box. This is the first time I’ve ordered any of this type of fresh food to cook at home stuff so didn’t know what to expect. IMO, the box was poorly packed as the ingredients were just sat on an ice block and free to rattle around the, much too big for the contents, box. No real damage except to the tray the croquetas were packed in. Fortunately nothing escaped the packaging. First thoughts were, I’ve not ordered enough but as we were doing our own pan con tomate and Carole rustled up some pulpo a la planche, it was plenty. Frustratingly, no heating instructions in the box so had to visit the website for pretty basic instructions. A word of caution here, a microwave was not suitable for reheating any of the previously cooked dishes, everything needed to be in a pan on the hob. The squid ink and prawn croquetas were fantastic, the pork cheeks were rich and meaty although IMO, the pumpkin puree added nothing, 5Js Iberico has always been delicious. The chorizo in red wine disappointed, never have been a fan of the sausage filling being the consistency baby food mush. We will at some stage do another order as there are a couple of dishes I want to try and it was a fun evening but it is not something we will do regularly especially as under normal conditions, we can get to the tapas bar in London for not a lot more than it cost to eat at home. 15. Thanks for that review, I am not keen on take out food, but this is obviously a different kind of thing, as I like tapas anyway it sounds like a nice treat, however tapas is also the kind of food with a huge quality difference between the various restaurants offering them.

  16. Went to Hamsterley on the MTB’s and currently in need of a hot bath to ease the pain.
