  4. Bad news, sorry to hear it.

  5. No worries it’s only an inconvenience....absolutely nothing to the suffering people are going through...got to keep up the British humour though, are we even allowed to say that these days

  8. Went up to Danny Hart’s bike park in Hamsterley to check out the downhill course and Danny was selling off some of his team Saracen kit so bought some leggings he’d used for my lad. Thought it would be cool for him to have some of the ex world champion’s kit to use ( even though they will be slightly big for him at the moment ).

  9. I’ve had the car in for service. Then went for a walk round Dovestones reservoir with SWMBO, got a parking ticket in the car park because the idiot traffic warden missed the ticket on the dashboard, and now I’ve got to argue the toss with the council. And now I’m watching Lord of the Rings.

  10. Been out with my associate for his second ride. Much, much improved overall riding but observation skills sadly missing this time but hey, it is early days. Unfortunately in this latest COVID shuffle, he now lives in a tier 3 zone so no riding for at least a couple of weeks, maybe more. Bike is filthy again and I cannot be arsed to get the bucket and mitt out again. Popped down to Halfords and treated myself to a Worx Hydroshot, battery powered wash wand. My job for tomorrow. Andy

  13. I was wandering & reminiscing around an old school friends parents property that's on the market yesterday.i guess they must be dead or in a home by now.The last time i was there was forty years ago as you lose touch with school mates over the decades,we had a tree camp in the woods that was made out of scaffolding by his father, happy days.

  16. That's a sad old reflection you shared Peter, can relate to it loosely, can stir things up in a way you couldn't see coming. :upyeah:

  17. Sat in a Kokoro watching the world go by and eating the most amazing Korean sweet chilli chicken and sticky rice. Almost makes Christmas present shopping tollerable :joy:. Multistrada to wash when I get home. Andy
