  2. Finished work until 4th Jan and now chilling out, Christmas Eve game of golf booked for 9.30 tomorrow morning and then off up to my Sister and Bro in law for a couple of days as they are my "social bubble", got plenty of beer, several bottles of gin and plenty of nibbles. After the last few months it's going to be good to just relax and get pissed. Forecast is pretty good for tomorrow so hopefully get out and have a bit of fun in the new car which I haven't really got to use much since I bought it a month ago. Even better if I can get out on a bike as well.

  6. Cheers all. Just feel a bit ‘slow’ is the best way I can think to describe it. Think the boredom will kill me before COVID does.

  7. Yup, had to isolate for 2 weeks when my son tested positive and my wife negative, however she was worse than him! The cough and short of breath was worse for her, son recovered in less than a week. They were both tired but neither had a high temperature.
Take vitamin D tablets, that’s what I do

  13. I’ve had a FaceTime call with my aunt (75yo) and uncle (80yo) in Italy. They are in total lockdown there and have been for months. They’ve not seen their sons or grandchildren other than in FaceTime calls and they only live 10-15 miles away from each other. But regardless they were in good spirits which cheered me up :)

Later on I’ve got to go to the docs for a blood test :astonished:

Then I’ll be catching up on some TV I’ve recorded :)

  14. Took the Scrambler and the young man out for pre-Christmas bimble. A loop into town and then back across old Long Bien bridge. This was the first bridge of this type of design in SE Asia and was designed by Gustave Eiffel. Good day IMG_20201224_111213.jpg IMG_20201224_114150.jpg

  16. Shake it off good & fast.

  17. Fitted a new battery to the Stag, sounds easy doesn’t it? Firstly you have to remove the power steering pump and move it out of the way. Nothing is easy on the Stag.
