So what have you done today..?

  1. Does drinking beer count? My weight loss physio had to negotiate around 3 big boxes of beer in the hall that were delivered by from Stroud Brewery on the day that I asked about diet. He left it in as he said I can see that you like your bear! I am supposed to keep it down to two bottles a night though. I've no idea (and don't want to know) the calories in 1 litre of beer!

  8. freeze one portion each time until you have a weeks supply then you can have a week off cooking :)

  14. First day back at work, work trousers have shrunk over my 2 week lay up.

    Partner is now off work until who knows when, at last her union grew a pair and started earning it’s fees.

    Kids at home too....glad I’m back at work for the foreseeable.....

  18. Watching a very pleasant young lad earn his living making good the damaged paintwork on my front bumper after a learner driver reversed into my stationary (as in parked) car before Christmas. Rubbed down and primed the whole quarter instead of just the area of damage. Planning 3 top coats and a coat of lacquer, all for £160 fixed price repair. Andy

  19. Made 6 appointments over the next week to have 6 x B12 injections. Then I’ve got to have one every 3 months. :/
