  7. Accepted an offer from a cash buyer £2.5k over advertised price, happy days.
    Now just to find somewhere else to live, got a few viewings lined up.

  18. Just bought tickets to Bigfoot Festival, billed as a food , drink and music festival.
    Jay Rayner food columnists for the Guardian has been bigging this up.
    Seemingly a lot of top restaurants are making an appearance at various food stalls over the weekend.

    Should be good!
